EXPERIENCE
Josefina joined our Firm in 2019 and works in the Corporate and Litigation areas.
Josefina has focused her practice on advising local and foreign companies in corporate, biotechnology, public tenders, engineering, construction issues, and in the negotiation of complex contracts. She was corporate counsel for a leading biotechnology company. Josefina has intervened in financing processes, structuring of real estate developments, mining and retail businesses, mergers and acquisitions of companies, due diligence processes as well as debt restructuring negociations
She leads commercial, corporate and administrative disputes (sanctioning and bidding procedures) and bankruptcy procedures.
