LABOR LAW

We provide counsel in all phases of the employment relationship, both individually and collectively. This includes the permanent support of our team of lawyers in both hiring and the termination processes (drafting of offers, contracts, letters of dismissal and terminations), the outsourcing of services (subcontractors and transitory services companies), relations with unions and joint committees, collective negotiation, representation before labor authorities, and resolution of all types of labor and social security consultations.

We also perform preventive labor audits and training in labor matters to update our clients’ Human Resources departments.
