He is a permanent advisor to different clients, intervening in purchase and sale operations, merger, division and transformation of companies, and in the structuring of all types of businesses.

In labor matters, he has extensive experience in comprehensive labor counsel to companies, collective bargaining, restructuring of Human Resources areas and massive labor training. He also has vast experience in labor litigation.
