Sergio has focused his practice on advising local and foreign companies on financial contracts, real estate development projects, partitions of social and hereditary goods, banking legislation as well as foreign investments. He serves as legal counsel on a permanent basis to different companies in corporate and real state matters.

He has extensive experience in civil and commercial trials before ordinary courts and arbitrators.

He is a board member of companies and corporations. Mr. Montes was also a bank prosecutor's attorney; counsel of bank subsidiaries (leasing, factoring, etc.) and counsel and member of the board of insurance companies.
