Santiago has focused his practice on the development, structure and execution of real estate projects. He also advises national and foreign clients on corporate and civil matters, corporate restructuring transactions and civil and commercial contracts. In contractual matters, he has participated in the sale of loan portfolios, bank loan contracts to large companies, syndicated loans and has advised insurance brokers in the implementation of Law 20.667 and general investment fund managers in the drafting of their general regulations.

In judicial matters, he has intervened in partition trials and civil law trials in general, both in the jurisdiction of ordinary and arbitral courts, as well as in contentious issues of formative rights of professional footballers (ANFP).
